Sherritt Billing services:

  1. Patient Visit occurs
  2. Physician records patient care details that occured on the day of the visit (before, during, after)
  3. Sherritt bills
  4. Sherritt reconciles
  5. Payment received by client

  • Sherritt Billing specialists review charts and bill for services rendered, the Sherritt magic really happens in getting to this point
  • Clients receive weekly payments and reports, if there are rejections, they are managed weekly
  • Chronic Disease Management patients are scheduled and managed by your SSI billers as required (British Columbia)
  • LFP payment model time tracking, panel creation/management, code submission and support (BC)
  • If there are other services performed the same day of the visit until midnight (chart review prior to the visit as well charting post visit, lab and diagnostic imaging result review, consultation dictations, and any other management of care service not otherwise billable), physicians detail services and add time to their face-to-face visit (Alberta)
  • Patient visit or procedure is performed, physician details management of care services and face to face time either in their EMR or by using tools provided by Sherritt Services Inc.
